Tiny Girl's adjective of choice for anything small is "puny." I have tried to explain the pejorative aspect of the word "puny," but she has taken a shine to it and will not be dissuaded. Last week, she caught this puny frog in our backyard. She's the critter catcher in the family. After admiring it for a few minutes, she put the little guy back where she'd found it.
